This company is a quickly growing scale-up based that has specialised in offering convenient access to a vast assortment of gift cards, both for individual consumers as well as for batch orders for companies. What began as a small venture has grown into a very successful organisation with over 70 employees from 20+ nationalities.
Their proposition is centered around a strong focus on customer-centric approaches, aiming to keep both convenience, expedience and credibility and security of their products in mind. By trying to stay adaptable to changing market trends, they've managed to steadily grow their presence internationally.
As part of recent endeavours they have formed a new C-suite in the company to really lay down the focus for growth for years to come, essentially also starting the course for an even stronger focus on their online presence and marketing proficiencies. This has resulted in new ambitions to set up a new CRM team to professionalize their efforts and make better use of their owned data to foster better engagement and loyalty as well as wanting to improve the CRM marketing overall.

Your new job: CRM Loyalty Manager
As the CRM Loyalty Manager, you'll play an important role in shaping the Loyalty and engagement strategy for the organisation. It has been observed that the team is fairly adept in winning new customers, but they were facing the issue that they were leaving almost just as fast. As a result, they will need you to be leading the efforts to increase customer lifetime value and overall engagement and minimising churn.
As it stands they currently have a base of 1,5 to 2 Million people, and Vrevo as their ESP. While the basics are there, they are by no means married to their ESP and open for more suitable alternatives. The campaigns that are running right now are also very much subject to a critical eye and a re-do.
As far as their Loyalty program they have a points program, but again, up to you to determine what actually works best. So while there is a lot to be done, it also offers a large range of freedom for you to explore what you think is best. And with a C-suite fully on board, you pretty much have the resources and support to make it happen!

What do we need from you?
- As the new CRM Loyalty Manager, we need the following from you:
- Around 5+ years of experience in CRM and Loyalty
- Ideally experience in also offering guidance to other teammates
- Experience in an international setting
- Ideally experience with both B2C and B2B in some degree
