Job Description
For our Room Service department we are currently looking for a spontaneous colleague who likes a challenge and who wants to strengthen our Room Service Team on an hourly basis. The function includes the following main tasks:
- Providing a welcoming service to all our Leisure and Business guests
- Providing all Food & Beverage services in the hotel rooms
- Bringing the service standards and the Hilton policy consistently and convincingly
- Recommending and upselling goods and services
- Working with the Micros Cash system and the proper handling of the guest accounts - Excellent knowledge of the facilities and services the hotel has to offer
- Excellent knowledge of the current menu, promotion menu, wine list and all other current promotions

- Is available both during the week as the weekend for early and late shifts
