Are you the head chef who will lead the team of a five-star bib gourmand restaurant in Amsterdam with passion and creativity? In this full-time position of 38 hours per week, you'll have the opportunity to leave your culinary mark while assembling, training, and guiding an international team. As the driving force of the kitchen, you'll oversee the entire process-from crafting an inspiring menu to ensuring food safety and hygiene.

Your Culinary Freedom

As head chef, you'll have the freedom to design the menu yourself. This is your chance to bring your culinary vision to life and surprise guests with flavorful creations. What We Offer

In addition to a gross monthly salary ranging from € 2869 to € 3639, we offer a bonus equivalent to one week's salary upon achieving budget targets. You'll also receive 8% holiday pay, 25 vacation days per year, and compensation for national holidays. We provide a one-year contract with the possibility of extension. The Hospitality CLA applies, guaranteeing excellent working conditions.

Who Are You?

You have at least an MBO level 4 diploma or comparable qualifications and can work independently. You have experience leading an international team and a passion for the hospitality industry. You take responsibility and ensure smooth operations in the kitchen.

What we offer:

What we ask:

• Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
• Proven experience as a head chef in a professional kitchen, with knowledge of menu planning and food hygiene;
• Strong leadership skills and experience in team management;
• Creativity in developing new dishes and a deep passion for cooking, with a specific interest in Japanese cuisine;
• Ability to work independently and experience leading an international team.
