As a Guest Experience Agent at our hotel, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the guest journey, ensuring every stay is seamless and extraordinary. From welcoming VIPs to addressing guest feedback, your dedication will help us exceed expectations and create lasting memories.
Your Role in Our Story:
- Ensure every guest has a seamless and memorable journey, focusing on VIP guests, guest feedback, and personalized service.
- Anticipate guest needs by monitoring occupancy, upcoming events, and special requirements, ensuring expectations are exceeded.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Train and coach trainees and colleagues from other departments assisting the Front of House, fostering a culture of service excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a guest-facing role, ideally in hospitality.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on VIP guest handling.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in hospitality systems and a commitment to high service standards.
