- A degree in Electronics, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical field (Bachelor's or Master's level).
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects, preferably in high-tech or regulated industries.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire highly skilled teams and coordinate work across different locations.
- Familiarity with electronics, software, mechanical design, and high-tech manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO standards) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a good command of English for collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage.
