As a Material Handler, you will work on one of the world's most progressive vehicle brands within our Product Distribution Center (PDC) in Tilburg.
While working on inbound assignments, you will take care of all incoming goods. You may be assigned to multiple tasks such as but not limited to unloading containers, inspecting, repacking and registering goods. You will also ensure that the goods are stored in the correct location. When you will be working on the outbound side of our PDC, you will take care of all outbound goods. Tasks that may be assigned to you include order picking, inspecting and packing goods. This is a full-time job. You will work Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Following specific packing instructions to prevent damage during receiving, storage and transportation processes.
- Check for required documentation (packing lists, labels, etc.) during inbound and outbound shipments
- Communicate or escalate missing or incorrect documentation to immediate supervisor
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in work areas and storage locations
- Fulfill general warehouse duties as needed to ensure job completion
- Ensure storage areas are kept orderly
- Keep work area clean and organized
