As an all-round Content Specialist in the Channels team, you work on the daily maintenance and optimisation of our channels in the broadest sense. In this role you get the opportunity to (further) develop yourself into a complete online specialist.
With your can-do mentality and a good dose of enthusiasm, you proactively tackle various tasks and projects.
What you do as an All-round Content Specialist
Together with the rest of the team, you manage our shared mailboxes, advise and train the marketers from the marketing teams from our various business lines using different systems and tools.
In this role you have a great balance of hands-on execution and coordination. You can work independently, but you are also able to delegate work and manage others.
In your daily work you are involved in, amongst other things:
- Building and evaluating (campaign) pages
- Working on and coordinating content migrations
- Sparring with colleagues who are involved in analytics, customer journey and SEO about optimisations, which you then implement yourself.
- Developing, evaluating and optimising work processes
- Thinking about new components and functionalities to be developed for our websites
- Managing social media content/accounts
- Managing and updating our Intranet
