About the job

As Animal Specialist Poultry you have a commercial responsibility to technically support our B2B customers on nutritional and other poultry related matters. Also, you're working in close collaboration with the Poultry Nutritionist, which are to some extent overlapping roles in the Benelux home market. Next to that you are a nutritional and technical talent with a commercial attitude. In your role you create a good cooperation and synergy between the poultry team, R&D, nutritionists, account managers and the local distributors/feed compounders.

As part of the 'Poultry Team Benelux', you will be partly responsible for defining Trouw Nutrition's poultry commercial agenda here, but also serve as a sparring partner in projects of other colleagues of that team. The team is based in the Netherlands and has a strong commercial focus on the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

What we ask

You have proven your excellence in nutrition and know how to expand the market position of our Poultry portfolio. Also, you have:

• At least a bachelor's degree.

• Minimal 10 years of experience in the agricultural/poultry industry in Northwestern Europe.

• Feeling with nutrition, feed formulation, farm products, feed application and farm management.

• Experience in optimizing diets.

• You're fluent in Dutch, English and preferably German.
