Jouw taken

• Als System Engineer fungeer je als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe gebruikers met technische vragen en/of storingen.
• In nauwe samenwerking met het team zorg je ervoor dat alle ontvangen meldingen snel worden geregistreerd en afgehandeld.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van zowel eenvoudige als complexe ICT-problemen en vraagstukken, zowel op afstand als ter plaatse, en biedt ondersteuning aan interne IT-teams bij diverse projecten.
• Daarnaast beheer je platformen, implementaties en de configuratie van werkplekken.
• Met jouw uitgebreide ervaring in systemen deel je graag kennis met de Support Engineers binnen jouw team.
• Tevens fungeer je als schakel tussen RTL Nederland en externe IT-leveranciers, waarbij het werken in stand-by diensten een integraal onderdeel van de functie vormt.

 

Jouw profiel

• Je hebt 5-7 aantoonbare jaren ervaring als Support Engineer, Servicedesk medewerker of als Systeembeheerder
•  Je bent MBO+ of HBO geschoold richting ICT, bij voorkeur beheer of servicemanagement
• Je hebt goede kennis van Microsoft Office 365 en Microsoft Endpoint
• Ervaring met (Azure) Active Directory, SCCM, Group Policies, OKTA en Netwerken (o.a. WIFI)
• Diepgaande kennis van Windows 10/11, macOS en Windows Server producten
•  Ervaring met service managementsysteem Jira Servicemanagement is een pré
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in woord en schrift in Nederlands & Engels
• Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de nieuwste ontwikkelingen binnen de IT
• Je bent klantvriendelijk klantgericht, stressbestendig, flexibel, open blik, communicatief vaardig en je bent in staat om door te vragen naar de werkelijke problemen die spelen bij de gebruiker
• Je hebt geen 9-5 mentaliteit
• Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs

 

 

Jouw team

De afdeling Service Operations bestaat uit verschillende disciplines; Security Operations, Cloud & Infra en IT Servicedesk. Binnen de discipline IT Servicedesk werkt een team van 7 diverse medewerkers en een Service Delivery Manager nauw samen. Voor RTL is IT ontzettend belangrijk. Alle core-processen lopen via Service Operations.
