Basic-Fit's Payroll team is looking for a new member to join the team. In collaboration with the Junior Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for processing the payroll (PC314) in multiple cycles for our 1100 white-collar employees together with our external Payroll Provider.
It's an exciting time to join Basic-Fit as we are at the beginning of one of our most prestigious project so far! You will be working in an international team with a main focus on Belgium. You will also get the opportunity to contribute towards our Global Payroll Solution project with the Payroll Officers for the other countries where you will work on the transition towards one global payroll system.
Your responsibilities will be:
You will support our employees in our clubs with any payroll related question
You will provide advice towards HR and other stakeholders for anything with regards to Payroll with the help of our Payroll Provider.
You will optimize and document our payroll processes
You will make sure all necessary preparation and checks are done in order to process payroll payments towards employees
You will make sure our integration processes for our T&A are processed in a timely manner and you follow up on any anomalies
We ask:
You have a proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for process optimization. With that you use your strong organizational skills coupled with a hands-on and efficient work ethic to get the job done. Also you thrive both independently and collaboratively in a team environment and you have passion for administration, reporting, and working with numerical data!
Furthermore, we're asking:
You have experience with processing time and absences and you can follow the calculations around overtime and supplementary hours;
Experience in Workday would be a plus;
Willingness to travel from time to time - either to our HQ in Jette, Belgium or to visit a club to support employees.
