What will you do as a Customer Service Agent?

As a Customer Service Agent at DHL Supply Chain, you will have daily contact with customers regarding various matters such as shipments, order issues, warehouse transport, and relationship management. These customers include both B2B and B2C clients. You will provide logistical solutions that align with the needs of both the customer and the organization, coordinating with internal departments such as Transport, Planning, and Customs. Your team consists of 3 other colleagues, and you all work together in an office environment. The most important thing is to enjoy each other's company and have fun, creating a tight-knit team atmosphere.

As a Customer Service Agent at DHL Supply Chain, you can expect

• A full-time position with working hours between 06:00 - 18:00;
• A gross monthly salary in scale 7 between € 2.325.83 and € 3.400, with potential growth up to € 3.795.32;
• A travel allowance;
• 25 vacation days;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• CAO à la carte: a personal budget that you can use as you wish. You can convert this into extra vacation days (up to 6) or have the amount paid out monthly on top of your salary. You can also use it to contribute to a gym membership;

What you bring to the table

• Knowledge of customs documentation;
• Approximately 2 years of work experience as a Customer Service Agent or in a similar role;
• Knowledge of technology is a plus;
• Good command of the English language. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
• Organizational skills, ability to adapt quickly, and capacity to remember a lot, as there are many exceptions to consider.
