What you'll do
• Key focus is to manage the priority in terms of operational processes and shipment completion.
• Engages with all DC departments, and associates in problem resolution processes to assure service outcomes are meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Identifies, resolves and actively communicates issues, specifically detected during waving, and serves as a central problem solving point for these matters.
• Ensure proper documentation in related systems and reporting.
• Managing location availability on active picking areas (including aging).
• Monitor and manage daily pack outs.
• Monitor and manage daily locations shortages related to outbound orders.
• First point of contact in case of (urgent) adjustments to the daily plan. This includes alignment with other MK departments like Operations, Logistics, Allocation, and Customer Service.
