As the first point of contact forour members, youwillberesponsibleforprovidingexceptional customer service byansweringquestionsaboutourmemberships, our member management system andotherTrainMore-relatedquestions.

Yourmainresponsibilities are:

• Activelyapproaching (potential) members via phonetoinformandexcitethemaboutourproductsand services with a long-term, sustainable customer relationship in mind;
• Buildandmaintainrelationshipswith members tounderstandtheirneedsandinterestsandprovidepersonalized offers;
• Identifyand follow up on commercial opportunitiesandpromote UGG productsand services thatcanbetter meet theneeds of our members.

You:

• Are as a priority tomaintain a high level of customer satisfaction at alltimes;
• Are a results-orientedandproactive attitude andenjoyachieving commercial goals aimed at retentionand new members;
• Have excellent native, English communication skills andcanworkwithaccuracyand attention to detail;
