Community Support Specialist (min. 16 hrs)

That is why we enable car owners to easily and safely share their cars with their neighbours. This way less cars are needed, leaving more space for us and CO2 emissions are reduced. Furthermore, you get to know your neighbours and you save money. All that by sharing cars.And it’s working! We are on our way to become the leading peer-to-peer car sharing community in Europe. Keep reading!We are looking for community team members to spread the word, support our new and active members, and build trust within the community. You will work within our Community Support team of enthusiasts and world changers, being at the very forefront of our fast growing SnappCar community. Will you join? The jobYour main focus will be helping our users and assisting them when using our platform via different communication channels (phone, email etc.). You will also be onboarding new users, inspiring our current users and helping them to use SnappCar more frequently.Community EngagementFirst line contact, answering questions, helping out users and engaging with them;Making sure our users become our promoters;Solving possible problems when they occur;User onboarding - providing information, inspiring and explaining SnappCar’ services to first time users, taking away cold feet feelings and answering questions about sharing;Activation - encouraging, convincing and motivating members and car owners to use SnappCar’s services more often;Coming up with ideas that make our users even happier and inspired by SnappCar’s mission The spiritWe are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and result driven “connectors”. You are an extrovert and love talking to people, mostly on the phone, all day long. You think in opportunities and you like reaching targets. Our team is continuously changing so there are loads of opportunities to float ideas, come up with growth hacks and design parts of your work yourself. You take responsibility for your actions and are self-propelling. You are brutally honest and you dare to choose. And finally, you think our mission is awesome and this is why you want to join! Skills & RequirementsHBO/Bachelor in commerce (commerciële economie) or an equivalent business oriented study;Experience in (tele)marketing, lead generation, sales and/or support;Excellent commercial- and effective communication skills;Fluent in Dutch and English;Result orientated, self-propelling and entrepreneurial with a winning mentality;Comfortable with cold calling (within our current users) and multiple follow up techniques;Self-motivated and ambitious, able to handle projects with minimal direction;Affinity with p2p platforms and sharing economy;You have worked in a team before and are used to working in shifts (within regular office hours).Bonus pointsActive, passionate SnappCar user;German, Swedish or Danish as a third language;Living in or near Utrecht.Besides your paycheck and awesome colleagues, we also offer:Free rides;Delicious daily lunch;Bootcamp & Pilates training;Lots of fun!Start date: ASAP 4 dagen geleden
