As part of the Communications, Marketing Strategy and Creation unit, our team covers three key areas: the evaluation of communication activities and advertising campaigns, the global marketing budget, and the organization of exchange and decision-making formats with Marketing Leaders
In your new role, you will:
- Work with in-house developers to support the further development of the Global Marketing Budget Tool and Power BI reports, thereby contributing to the digitalization of marketing performance tracking
- Analyze marketing data by linking and interpreting insights from various dashboards and support data-based decision-making
- Coordinate and support smaller projects and create compelling presentations in both German and English for different target groups
- Learn how to analyze and evaluate the success of major marketing and communication projects and support the team with these tasks
- Contribute creative, AI-based ideas and solutions to make our daily work more efficient
- Experience an excellent working culture while benefiting from the advantages of a large international corporation
- Work in a flexible, agile and inspiring environment with intercultural and interdisciplinary teams
The activity can begin from Mid October 2026
Qualifikationen Ideally, you bring the following:
- Enrollment in a degree program in business administration, economics, marketing communication, business informatics or a comparable field
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- An affinity for AI-based data analysis; initial experience with M365 Copilot is a plus
- Strong team spirit, initiative and reliability
- An analytical mindset and a strategic approach to work
- A willingness to learn about and engage with a variety of business topics
- A self-motivated and well-organized working style, combined with an eagerness to contribute ideas for improving business processes
