Tasks
- Central point of contact for business stakeholders regarding all IT-related questions for HR Products
- Participation and management the software selection process for new HR Products, including structured coordination of all necessary steps through to approval ensuring the data protection and security-compliant.
- Transparency and continuous project communication through preparation and regular participation in meetings, status updates, task reminders, and the integration of new or changed requirements into ongoing software implementation
- Assumption of technical product responsibility following appointment as Subject Matter Expert (Technical), including second-level support, certificate and token management, regular product reviews, and maintenance and updating of the product catalog
Qualifications
- Experience as an IT Project Manager, Product Owner or comparable role
- Methodological expertise in project and process organization, including structured documentation and communication
- Practical knowledge of data protection and IT security requirements in the corporate environment are a plus
- Technical understanding of the operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT Products
- Knowledge of LeanIX is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication skills as well as strong moderation and stakeholder management abilities
- Work in a structured, independent, and team-oriented manner
- Strong organizational skills with a strategic and analytical mindset
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
