- Support the definition of a company-wide data strategy aligned with corporate objectives and key use cases
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments (HQ + country organizations) to capture, prioritize, and translate data requirements into concrete actions
- Integrate data governance policies and architecture standards into the data strategy to ensure data quality, accessibility, and security
- Continuously review and adapt data requirements to evolving business needs and technological developments
- Monitor the implementation of the data strategy and ensure projects stay aligned with corporate objectives and timelines
YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we're particularly interested in the following skills:
- A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Analytics, or a comparable field
- Initial experience in developing data strategies, data architecture, or data governance
- Solid knowledge of data management frameworks, data governance principles, and scalable data infrastructure, including cloud technologies and advanced analytics platforms
- Analytical thinking and the ability to communicate complex data concepts in an accessible way
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and the ability to coordinate stakeholders at various levels
- Excellent written and spoken English; German skills are a plus
