- Valuable insight into the management and execution of international omnichannel strategies is gained by you through active involvement in ongoing initiatives and projects
- Our project managers are supported by you in PMO tasks, contributing to the successful delivery of international omnichannel projects
- Data from various sources is analysed and prepared by you in a target-group-appropriate format, providing a solid foundation for strategic decision-making
- Collaborating with teams across multiple countries, you support operational topics and actively drive forward optimisations
- Your own ideas are brought in constructively, existing concepts are developed further, and benchmark analyses on innovations and best practices are conducted by you
- Acting as the interface between IT, logistics, e-commerce, sales, and marketing, you ensure a smooth flow of information and coordinate relevant cross-functional alignments
YOUR SKILLS
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme in business administration or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on retail, strategy, or management
- Topics such as retail, omnichannel, customer experience, or project management genuinely interest you, and you are looking to deepen this knowledge through practical experience
- First experience with data analysis or reporting is part of your background, or you are motivated to develop these skills in a structured way
- Confident working with PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a welcome plus
- Tasks are structured independently by you; you contribute constructively to team collaboration and share your own ideas openly and with a focus on solutions
- Fluent communication in both German and English – in writing and verbally – allows you to engage confidently with international teams
