About the Role:
We are looking for a Student QA Engineer to join our Agentic AI team, working on next-generation AI systems powered by large language models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test cases for AI agent workflows (multi-steps reasoning, tool use, decision flows)
- Validate outputs of LLM-based systems for correctness and consistency
- Test end-to-end agentic pipelines
- Identify edge cases, hallucinations, and failure modes
- Support evaluation of prompts and agent configurations
- Assist in building automated test suites using Python or Playwright
- Collaboration with developers and AI engineers
- Document test results and improvement suggestions
- Qualification: Currently studying Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- Expertise & Know-how: Basic understanding of software testing / QA principles and string interest in AI, LLMs, or agent-based systems
- Technical Focus: Experience with Python or TypeScript and first exposure to AWS (e.g., Bedrock), APIs, or test automation tools
- Personality & Work Style: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and curiosity about how AI systems reason and fail
- Language: Good communication skills in German and English
- Workload: Availability as a working student (approx. 15 - 20 hours per week)
