Tasks
Responsibilities
- Executes exciting project opportunities with some of the largest companies in the Aerospace & Defense industries
- Drives the innovative problem solving and change management work streams during client engagements
- Analyzes current situation, develops and implements lean project concepts and deliverables
- Supports the management and responsible parties of the project
- Serves as liaison to client management team and project team
- Leads the development of groundbreaking concepts for respected industry
- Supports business development by creating and presenting exceptional project proposals
- Provides ongoing project feedback and other development support to Porsche Consulting team members
- Supports the development of unparalleled Porsche Consulting concepts, methods and tools
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree with a focus on engineering, business, operations management, computer science and/or a related discipline from renowned institutions of higher education, and demonstrated high academic track record
- 9 years of relevant professional experience in a leading consultancy and/or Aerospace & Defense industry; or minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in conjunction with a graduate degree
- Progressive experience in project management roles and proven track record delivering projects
- Experience with design and implementation of process improvements
- High level of business acumen and consultative expertise
- Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 80%
- Strong desire to mentor and assist in the professional development of colleagues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills with MS Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate Degree with focus on engineering, business, operations management, computer science and/or a related discipline from renowned institutions of higher education
- Second language fluency in French a plus
