Tasks
Responsibilities
- Understands Aerospace & Defense companies, customers, partners, governments and societies
- Identifies project opportunities at various target clients/platforms/enablers/partners
- Leads project acquisitions by developing, presenting, negotiating and closing of proposals
- Serves as primary point of contact for client executives
- Leads the problem solving and change management work streams during client engagements
- Supports decision makers when solving complex questions
- Manages client and Porsche Consulting project team members
- Reviews and approves project delivery documents prior to presentations
- Leads the collection, analysis and interpretation of client and industry information
- Provides ongoing feedback and other development support to Porsche Consulting team members
- Enhances and trains Porsche Consulting concepts, methods and tools for Aerospace & Defense
- Assists other Porsche Consulting offices when required/applicable
- Provides content for press articles and develops event presentations and other marketing materials for the Aerospace & Defense practice
- Speaks/Represents Porsche Consulting at relevant conferences as a subject matter exert
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Graduate Degree with focus on Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management and/or a related discipline from renowned institutions of higher education
- Hands-on experience in Strategy and Operations Management, preferably in the Aerospace & Defense sector
- High level of business acumen and consultative expertise
- Minimum 7 years of total professional experience in both consultancies and Aerospace & Defense corporations
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business development
- Goal orientation with focus on comprehensive implementation
- Second language fluency in Spanish, French, or German a plus
- Strong desire to mentor and assist in the professional development of colleagues
