At our Düsseldorf headquarters, we are looking for you.
TASKS WITH IMPACT
- You support research and benchmarking on the setup, role and ways of working of Transformation Offices in international companies
- You analyze best practices, patterns and recurring principles in the context of transformation, governance and organizational design
- You contribute to conceptual preparation and further development of topics related to the setup, scope and ways of working of the Transformation Office
- You support the mapping of relevant roles, responsibilities and profiles in the transformation environment
- You help build a clear and scalable back-office structure, for example for documents, filing systems and knowledge content
- You prepare information, analyses and insights in structured and easy-to-understand working documents
- You support the development of guidelines, thinking frameworks and onboarding materials for future team members
YOUR SKILLS
- You are enrolled as a student, ideally in business administration, organizational studies or a comparable field
- You are interested in transformation, strategy, governance, organizational design or the further development of corporate structures
- You enjoy working in a structured way and can summarize and prepare information clearly
- You bring a careful working style and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics independently
- You feel comfortable working with digital tools and ideally have first experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- You enjoy contributing conceptual ideas and documenting work results in a clear way
- Your German and English skills enable you to collaborate confidently in an international environment
