Tasks
- You will represent the combustion and hybrid powertrain system within the Digital Prototypes Team (DPT) for combustion and hybrid vehicle projects
- You will coordinate project-specific data requirements between the DPT team and the involved powertrain departments
- You will support the combustion and hybrid powertrain system in the operational provision of technology and functional data at defined milestones (HDBT).
- You will support data supply activities within the group in coordination with the responsible data coordinator and specialist departments
- You will independently provide powertrain data for the DPT process for conventional powertrain derivatives
- You will monitor data completeness levels, data quality, and project progress at defined reporting milestones
- You will initiate and coordinate measures to improve data completeness and quality where required
- You will independently manage tasks within the scope of DPT data management
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Automotive Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent;
- Your professional experience in project management, vehicle development processes, or a comparable environment is considered an advantage
- Your knowledge in the areas of internal combustion engines / powertrain / transmission / hybridisation is beneficial
- You have experience with data management systems (e.g. TDV, …)
- You have an independent and structured working approach
- You speak German and English fluently
- You have strong negotiation skills as well as excellent teamwork and communication abilities

Collaboration with Universities and Master’s Program On average, our company offers 12 master's thesis topics per year, based on allocation interviews for the top-performing students, and 10 Porsche Engineering scholarships for master's program students with outstanding technical and soft skills. To ensure continuity, our Master curriculum is updated yearly, and only the top 5 bachelor level students are eligible for Porsche Engineering scholarships. For those with a Ph.D., a scholarship for research and development in the AI field is also available.
