Tasks
- Design, build, and deploy Generative AI Solutions using large language models and modern AI frameworks.
- Architect and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and Agentic Workflows.
- Lead AI solution architecture and technical decision-making for client projects.
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI architectures.
- Conduct client workshops, strategy sessions, and technical presentations.
- Support Pre-sales and Business Development activities, including solution design and proposal support.
- Help define and improve AI service offerings, best practices, and internal frameworks.
- Optimize AI systems for performance, cost, security, and scalability.
- Support internal administrative and organizational activities such as documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor junior team members and support technical hiring processes.
Qualifications
Must have:
- 7–8 years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields
- Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems
- Proven experience designing and implementing RAG architectures and production-ready AI pipelines
- Experience with agentic systems, multi-agent orchestration, and autonomous AI workflows
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
- Strong Python skills and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern MLOps practices
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills
- Experience in pre-sales, technical proposal writing, or solution consulting
Nice to have:
- Background in IT consulting or professional services.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance (e.g., Responsible AI, EU AI Act)
- Experience in AI observability, monitoring, and cost optimization.
