What to expect?
- You will register goods & service supplier invoices based on local accounting principles and maintaining contact with suppliers for receival of documents (invoices, delivery notes).
- You will offer support in any other administrative or finance related task requested by colleagues and direct superior.
- You will be reviewing and registering business travel and other types of expense reports into specific databases.
- You will assist colleagues in their daily business job.
What sets you apart?
- Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics with specialty Accounting, Finance & Banking or similar education.
- You are a team player with a service-oriented working style, and as a self-confident person, you always have an eye for the essentials.
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with focus on Excel.
- You have an independent and structured way of working.
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
