Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end implementations of EWM with Material Flow System (MFS) integration.
- Design and configure: Warehouse structure and activity areas, Storage control and process-oriented storage control (POSC), Layout-oriented storage control (LOSC), Handling Unit (HU) management, Wave management and labor management
- Configure and support EWM MFS components, including: Communication channels (TCP/IP, PLC interfaces), Telegram configuration and queue management, Routing and conveyor logic, Resource management for automated equipment
- Design high-availability and performance-optimized MFS architecture.
- Integrate MFS with ASRS (Automate Storage & Retrieval Systems), Conveyor and sortation system and robotics
- Provide solution documentation including functional specifications and test scripts.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in EWM.
- Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle EWM MFS integrations.
- Strong configuration expertise in core EWM processes (inbound, outbound, internal movements).
- Strong expertise in Storage control (POSC/LOSC), HU management, Queue and resource management, RF framework
- Strong client-facing and workshop facilitation skills
