Tasks
- Process invoices and perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data in SAP accounting system;
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements;
- Process emails related to the posted invoices;
- Correspondence with suppliers: generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance;
Qualifications
- Finance background (high school or academic studies);
- Previous experience in the finance domain (6 months–1 year) is an advantage;
- Good communication skills in German and English;
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles;
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details;
