RESPONSIBILITES WITH IMPACT

Are you an organisational talent with a flair for numbers and strategy? Then join us in shaping the pricing landscape in several countries! As a Pricing Manager, you will be part of our cluster organisation and responsible for coordinating and managing all processes related to pricing. You will develop clever strategies and tactics that support our corporate strategy and help us achieve our budget targets. With your eye for the big picture and your attention to detail, you will ensure that our prices are not only appropriate, but also create competitive advantages.

Responsibilities:

• Market-Specific Pricing Design:

  Define and implement pricing strategies tailored to local market dynamics while maintaining global brand consistency.

• End-to-End Test Management:

  Build and own the "Test Set-up" (A/B testing, pilot runs) to validate new pricing logics in specific markets before full-scale international deployment.

• Pricing Logic Architecture & Investigation:

  Design the core logic behind our pricing strategy. Conduct "Logic Investigations" to identify why certain price points are underperforming and re-engineer the logic for better margin capture.

• Business-Driven Automation:

  Lead the "Automation & Streamlining" initiative by identifying manual bottlenecks in business workflows and converting them into automated, scalable pricing processes.

• Tool Governance:

  Act as the business lead for dwh assessments; guide the implementation of pricing tools to ensure they meet actual commercial needs rather than just technical specs.

• Centralized Business Intelligence:

  Build Tableau dashboards that translate complex SQL-based data into actionable business insight

YOUR SKILLS

• Commercial & Strategic Mindset:

  Strong "Business Sense" with the ability to understand market-specific needs and translate them into pricing algorithms.

• Analytical Rigor & Testing:

  Strong background in "Testing Set-ups" (Hypothesis building, execution, and post-pilot analysis).

• Advanced Logic Engineering:

  Proven ability to investigate, design, and implement complex pricing logics .

• SQL & Tableau :

  Good level of

  SQL

  for data mining and

  Tableau or BI systems

  for creating the business and pricing monitoring

• Communication & Negotiation:

  Explain decisions clearly and communicate persuasively with stakeholders.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Ability to guide and align with cross-functional teams on a daily basis.
