In our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as
TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the DACH market, working with direct clients and media agencies
- Sales of Retail Media Data Solutions alongside onsite and offsite Retail Media offerings
- Identification and development of new business opportunities, particularly in the field of data collaboration and data-driven marketing solutions
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with senior stakeholders such as Heads of Programmatic, Heads of Data, and Chief Data Officers at advertisers, DSPs, and publishers
- Conducting sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure partnerships and drive revenue growth
- Close collaboration with internal teams such as Client Services and Campaign Management to ensure successful campaign implementation
- Responsibility for business development of data products including DSP integrations, Data Clean Rooms, and programmatic buying solutions
- Monitoring sales performance through pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and CRM tracking using Salesforce
YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong experience in sales within the digital advertising or retail media industry, including exposure to data-driven products
- Solid understanding of the data marketing ecosystem, including DSPs, Data Clean Rooms, and programmatic buying processes
- Knowledge of first-party data strategies and the value of enriching 1P data with transactional or compiled datasets
- Familiarity with data activation across multiple marketing channels such as display, social, and CTV
- Experience with programmatic curated deals that combine inventory and data and are activated through DSP deal IDs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in both internal and client-facing environments
- Fluency in German and English, combined with a structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style
