In our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as xxx
TASKS WITH IMPACT
- You support in matters of commercial an corporate law within a stock exchange listed company and take over group-wide corporate housekeeping topics. In addition, you support recurring administrative tasks within the legal department
- You develop policies, guidelines, templates and processes and monitor their implementation to support consistent corporate governance across national and international group entities
- You support the project management in partly international and interdisciplinary teams and give advice on legal questions related to the department’s scope of work
- You coordinate and manage collaboration with legal experts from other departments as well as external law firms and advisors
- You structure complex legal topics and prepare decision-relevant information for internal stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
- You hold at least a state examination in law or a comparable domestic or international legal qualification
- Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in a legal environment and have been exposed to international contexts
- You bring experience or interest in managing projects within a larger corporate environment
- You structure complex matters, derive possible courses of action and prepare information for different stakeholders
- You work carefully, organize your tasks independently and maintain an overview when handling several topics in parallel
- You communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken, and enjoy working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
