TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Define and continuously evolve the strategic direction of the Offsite Retail Media offering, including the development of data partnerships and the expansion of emerging in-house capabilities
- Develop scalable commercial and monetization models for Offsite solutions, covering pricing frameworks and packaging strategies
- Translate business opportunities into clear and structured product requirements in close collaboration with AdTech and Data teams
- Drive the prioritization of growth initiatives across channels such as Connected TV, Social, Programmatic, and Omnichannel based on their strategic impact
- Shape the strategic role of data collaboration and clean room use cases, for example for insights generation, audience extension, or campaign verification
- Design scalable structures for campaign ownership and establish efficient workflows across multiple teams
- Ensure strong cross-functional alignment between Performance Marketing, Sales, Data, and Tech while balancing short-term revenue opportunities with long-term capability building
YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
- Successfully completed a degree in business administration, marketing, media, technology, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in Retail Media, Digital Media, AdTech strategy, or digital product management
- Ideally, experience in building or scaling Offsite or Omnichannel media offerings
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in developing business cases and monetization models
- Solid understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems and platform partnerships from a strategic or commercial perspective
- Ideally, knowledge of data collaboration models, clean rooms, and audience monetization logic
- A highly solution-oriented mindset with the ability to structure complex topics effectively, combined with strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Fluent German and English language skills complete the profile
