Tasks
- Operate solutions in a cloud environment (monitor, update, troubleshoot and continuously improve solutions)
- Execution of functional and integration tests
- Technical onboarding of business partners via communication protocols (SFTP, AS2, HTTPS, Webservices)
- Setup and support of communication modules and certificates
- Consulting internal teams and customers on communication technologies
- 2nd and 3rd level support for communication topics
- Create technical documentation and training materials for internal and external Stakeholders
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
- Basic Knowledge Azure, Linux, IaC (Terraform)
- Knowledge of communication protocols (SFTP, AS2, HTTPS, Webservices)
- Learning skills, quick comprehension, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with structured, solution oriented and independent working style
- Strong communication skills in English
- Beneficial: experience with IT Security
