- Conduction of consultancy projects with a strong strategic core in the Life Sciences sector (with a focus on Pharma and MedTech)
- Support the top management of our clients in the design and implementation of corporate strategies, digital transformation and process optimization
- Support in the acquisition and the development of innovative consultancy projects
- Development of external ecosystem as well as developing strategy papers
What sets you apart?
- College degree, ideally with a specialty in economics, pharmacy, natural sciences, medicine or a comparable degree program
- Professional experience in strategy consultancy or in an healthcare organization
- Strong T-profile, broad in the industry and deep in some functional topics such as: operations, supply chain, product strategy, strategy development, reinventing business models, transformations, etc.
- High interest in new trends and technologies
- Superb analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Strong focus on clients and results
- Structured and professional approach to work
- Open, communicative, team-oriented, and empathetic personality
- Very good German and English
- High willingness for domestic and international travel
