TASKS WITH IMPACT
- You manage administrative tasks and office organisation, create and maintain documents, databases and overviews and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- You coordinate complex calendars, prioritise meetings and ensure sufficient focus time for strategic topics
- You support the planning, coordination and follow-up of daily business operations, track deadlines and manage written correspondence on behalf of the Chief Assortment & Purchasing Officer
- You plan, coordinate and organise high-level meetings in line with budgets and timelines, prepare agendas, document outcomes and ensure structured follow-up
- You are responsible for the comprehensive planning of international meetings, including location, catering, arrival and departure, technology, and much more.
- You prepare high-quality presentations, decision papers and reports for senior management and ensure alignment with corporate standards
- You maintain and develop professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support the organisation of business events
- You organise business travel for a defined group of stakeholders and support expense reporting processes
YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
- You hold a university degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- You have ideally gained relevant professional experience in an assistant role within a management environment
- You have advanced skills in Microsoft Office and use these confidently in your daily work
- You independently structure projects and tasks, coordinate multiple topics simultaneously and manage priorities effectively
- You communicate clearly and impactfully in both German and English, adapting your communication to different target groups
- You build and maintain professional networks with internal and external stakeholders
- You ensure reliable delivery of your tasks, even in dynamic and fast-moving environments
- Fluent German and English skills (spoken and written) round off your profile
