We are seeking a motivated Consultant to join our Customer Experience team, focusing on business analysis and process automation for well-known automotive and manufacturing companies. We will enable you to grow in a challenging but supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements engineering activities by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements from client stakeholders.
- Analyze and document client business processes ("As-Is") and collaborate with stakeholders to design optimized and automated future-state ("To-Be") processes.
- Identify and qualify opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
- Support the development and implementation of automation solutions, working alongside technical teams to ensure business requirements are met.
- Support in creating presentations, project plans, and documentation within various Customer Experience projects.
- Assist in developing innovative concepts and implementing sophisticated solutions that blend process optimization with technology.
- Assist in market research and business development activities within the Customer Experience and process automation domain.

Qualifications
Education:
- A recent or in-progress Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
Experience:
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a foundational understanding of requirements engineering and business analysis.
- Core Competencies: Proactivity and the ability to work independently, combined with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Technical Familiarity: A conceptual understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous internship or 1-2 years of work experience in management or IT consulting or a business analyst role.
- RPA Skills: Hands-on experience with RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is a significant plus.
- Language: English language required, German language skills are a plus.
