TASKS WITH IMPACT

  • You are the main point of contact for assigned clients and countries, building strong, long-term relationships by handling client inquiries, resolving retail media-specific questions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • You conduct regular client meetings to understand your clients’ business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • You advise your assigned clients on best-in-class retail media strategies, take ownership of strategic media planning, and develop tailored, data-driven paid media campaigns across our omnichannel product portfolio.
  • You translate client briefings into actionable media strategies by analyzing brands in terms of their retail performance and target audiences, deriving campaign objectives and identifying relevant touchpoints.
  • You work closely with internal teams such as Sales and Campaign Management to align on individual retail media strategies.
  • Based on multiple data sources (CRM, e-commerce/web analytics, category management, etc.), you conduct comprehensive analyses and derive general insights on target audiences, e-commerce developments, as well as competitive and industry trends.
  • You evaluate campaign performance holistically and, in collaboration with Campaign Management, provide clients with insights and recommendations to ensure adherence to and achievement of overarching retail media strategies and objectives.
  • You create presentations including relevant KPIs, out-of-the-box analyses, and key learnings, and discuss them both internally and externally in client meetings.
  • You stay up to date with retail media and e-commerce trends and proactively share industry insights, current market developments, and opportunities with our clients.
  • You actively contribute to the development of case studies, benchmarks, and training materials for both clients and the internal upskilling of the Retail Media team.

YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
  • Several years of professional experience in media consulting or account management, ideally in strategic media planning/consulting within a media agency.
  • Strong knowledge of the (digital) media landscape and a solid understanding of target audiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to clients.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and provide insight-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and growth.
  • You are fluent in German and English; French skills are a plus.
