Leading the business development team
- Managing and guiding the team’s operational and strategic tasks
- Steering communication between the team and central stakeholders
- Preparing and presenting decisions to PTW management and/or PAG
- Controlling and monitoring the team’s budgets and risks
Implementation of the Omni-Channel (OC) Strategy
- Leading a cross‑functional team to localize PAG’s OC Strategy
- Integrating PTW’s physical and digital channels across the customer journey
- Identifying pain points and deriving actions to improve the customer experience
- Aligning with PAG and other markets to ensure proper implementation
Development of Porsche Taiwan’s charging ecosystem (“E-Performance”)
- Expanding PTW’s charging network to improve coverage and customer experience
- Steering PTW’s Charging Service and Charging App incl. Reporting and new offerings
- Identifying and evaluating business opportunities related to charging
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and dealers to ensure execution
Enhancement of Porsche Taiwan’s retail network
- Developing the retail network incl. New formats and digital innovations
- Monitoring dealer standards and processes incl. Audits and mystery shopping
- Steering the Dealer Business Plan and Performance Bonus
- Managing updates and roll‑outs of dealer agreements
- Organizing dealer events (e.g., conferences, Dealer of the Year)
Monitoring Porsche Taiwan’s retail network performance
- Further professionalization and usage of the Dealer KPI‑system (IRIS) incl. Internal reportings
- Conducting regular retail performance reviews and deriving measures
- Improvement of the internal and external reporting systems
Taking charge of special projects and innovative concepts
- Identify and evaluate future business opportunities incl. Concept development, piloting and roll-out within PTW’s network
- Manage innovation projects at PTW in conjunction with PAG
Steering the Porsche Retail Consulting “Porsche Business Excellence” (PBE)
- Steering the market implementation of PBE and coordinating regular missions across all Porsche Centres
- Preparing, conducting and following up PBE visits incl. Deriving dealer‑specific actions
- Localizing and applying PBE coaching modules per market needs
- Monitoring dealer progress and reporting results to PTW management
Steering the Pre‑Owned (Approved) Strategy
- Steering the market implementation of the Pre‑Owned (Approved) strategy
- Ensuring consistent execution of processes, quality standards and audits
- Monitoring performance and stock and deriving improvements
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or similar
- Fluent in English, and Chinese is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Soft skill qualification: Leadership skills, interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, change management experience, HQ strategy adaptation to market (subsidiary), open mindset
- High levels of integrity and compliance
- Experience qualification: Project management, consulting, retail, automotive (Porsche or other premium OEMs)
- Team player, reliability, and ownership
