Tasks
As a Software Project Manager, you will coordinate between business and technology teams and serve as the primary point of contact for multiple internal stakeholders, third-party vendors and partners.
- You coordinate projects spanning technologies, systems, and processes, collaborating with team members and clients to build complex applications and research innovative technologies
- You adopt and tailor project management methodologies according to project needs
- You manage projects to meet defined budget, schedule, and scope
- You define KPIs, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project documentation schedules
- You define and monitor work packages (WBS), release planning, task prioritization, manpower, and resource planning (HW, SW), and quality assurance checks
- You define milestone content and approve content delivery based on Contractual Requirements
- You organize internal project review meetings and customer meetings
- You serve as the first point of contact and technical interface for customer projects
- You collaborate with technical leads and people managers
- You communicate project status to decision-makers and the Project Management Office
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology or an equivalent education
- You have experience collaborating effectively with distributed international teams, including those across different time zones and cultural backgrounds, ensuring smooth communication and coordination to achieve project goals
- You have over 3 years of work experience in software engineering/ software development/software project management, preferably in automotive engineering services
- You have experience in the following specific areas: Data Engineering, Cloud Computing, ADAS, Test Automation
- You have several years of experience working in Agile frameworks, with distributed international teams, training and facilitating Agile solutions
- You can manage and motivate multiple project teams from different time zones and cultural backgrounds
- You have a high level of initiative and ownership
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is considered an advantage
- You have strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a high affinity for delivering first-quality engineering services to the customer
- You are flexible and willing to travel abroad/domestic, whenever it is required

Collaboration with Universities and Master’s Program
On average, our company offers 12 master's thesis topics per year, based on allocation interviews for the top-performing students, and 10 Porsche Engineering scholarships for master's program students with outstanding technical and soft skills. To ensure continuity, our Master curriculum is updated yearly, and only the top 5 bachelor level students are eligible for Porsche Engineering scholarships. For those with a Ph.D., a scholarship for research and development in the AI field is also available.
