Tasks

At MHP Mexico, you and your team play a key role in ensuring the operational excellence of our BPA, Developer, and DevOps platforms. You are jointly responsible for their end‑to‑end operational management within a 24/5 service window, collaborating seamlessly across global time zones. Your mission is to guarantee stable, secure, and compliant platform operations that enable our teams and customers to deliver with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring operational platform management

  including monitoring, incident, and problem management for BPA, Developer, and DevOps environments.

• Implementation, maintenance, and further development of user and license management

  according to the specifications and processes of the

  Identity & Access Management (IAM)

  teams.

• Regular updating, maintenance, and further development of the on

  -premises infrastructure

  in the Microsoft Azure environment, coordinating closely with the

  Cloud Operations Team

  when necessary.

• Regular coordination with IT procurement

  to monitor, plan, and optimize license inventories as well as to ensure compliance.

• Maintenance, updating, and further development of system and operational documentation

  , aligned with the requirements of

  ISO 27001

  , including traceability and audit capability.

• Regularly questioning, optimizing, and further developing existing operational and support processes

  , with the goal of continuously improving the stability, efficiency, degree of automation, and quality of platform operations.

• Close collab

  oration with internal stakeholders

  (e.g., Security, Cloud Operations, Development Teams) to identify new requirements early and integrate them structurally into operations.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,

  or equivalent professional experience.

• At least

  2 years of hands-

  on experience

  in IT Operations, DevOps, or platform administration in

  medium to large-

  scale environments

  or enterprise contexts.
• Strong practical experience with

  Microsoft Azure or comparab

  le cloud platforms

  , with willingness to deepen Azure expertise, including CI/CD workflows and container-based platforms
• Solid understanding of

  Identity & Access Management concepts

  , such as service principals, RBAC, OAuth, SSO, and SCIM.
• Experience with

  enterprise license management

  , including compliance, lifecycle management, and coordination with procurement.
• Working knowledge of

  automation and scripting

  (e.g. PowerShell, Bash, Python) to reduce manual operational effort.
• Experience with

  structured operational processes

  (e.g. ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
• Strong awareness of

  reliab

  ility,

  security, and operational stability

  in platform operations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with

  development teams and business stakeholders

  in a platform-centric operating model.
• Experience working in

  agile environments

  (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).

• Fluent English

  (spoken and written).

• Location

  : remote across Mexico or hybrid when based in Guadalajara
