Tasks
Position Objective:
Execute administrative functions in support of Technical Training operations and projects including process efficiency improvements using advanced functions in programs like Excel.Additionally, assist on an ad-hoc basis with various training processes and issues.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with business tasks related to budgeting, vehicle usage, and curriculum planning
- Assist with invoices, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders
- Support weekly classes with learning management system administration tasks
- Audit fleet management documentation to ensure it is current
- Maintain and improve process documents programmed with advanced VBA functions
- Provide ad-hoc assistance on projects
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education/Skills/Experience/Certifications:
- Required to work at OPD at least 3 days each week
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, Economics, Education, Finance, Computer Science or IT. (minimum of 3 years completed)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel functions including VBA coding, use of arrays, & pivot tables
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Analytical thinking skills that can comprehend the big picture and drill down to the details
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite applications
- Background or knowledge in the automotive field is preferred but not required.
