What to expect?
- Take overall responsibility for product and pricing management across the PCEE region and its 28 markets.
- Lead and steer the Product and Price team, including the Pricing Specialist and Product and Price Coordinator roles.
- Further develop and implement the pricing strategy aligned with central Porsche guidelines and tailored to the specific needs of the PCEE markets, aiming to optimize business performance in the region.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of Porsche products and competitors to effectively manage all mid- and long-term product processes, while actively supporting the Sales organization during Planning Rounds.
- Coordinate and oversee the launch processes and timelines for all product introductions within PCEE and its markets.
- Identify necessary actions based on product performance data and coordinate the development of product activation and performance plans.
- Provide cross-functional support within the organization wherever product expertise is required, including training and product presentations.
- Manage and coordinate requests related to product and pricing from the 28 PCEE markets as well as from Porsche AG.
What sets you apart?
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Marketing or a comparable study.
- Min. 5 years of professional experience in automotive, preferably in an international environment.
- Previous Porsche experience highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office required (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), proficiency in Porsche internal tools beneficial (PCCD, PVMS).
- Proficiency in English required, language skills in German, Russian or Turkish beneficial.
- Detail-oriented and accurate, organized working attitude as well as developed project management skills.
- Strong conceptual and communication skills to sensitively manage interaction with regional stakeholders.
- Team oriented and independent, pro-active working attitude.
- Ability to work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment.
