TASKS WITH IMPACT

Accompany the digitalization journey within the framework of global HR transformation projects – from the initial idea to go-live

Support our global and local HR teams in the further development of SAP SuccessFactors
-
Evaluate, design, and implement business-specific requirements in close collaboration with the HR teams
-
Work closely with our external implementation partners during project phases as well as in ongoing operations
-
Support the integration of SAP SuccessFactors into the existing system landscape
-
Actively contribute throughout the entire project cycle – from workshops to the implementation phase and post-go-live operations

Take ownership for efficient processes, change and incident management, and ensure audit-compliant process flows

Analysis and resolution of complex issues within the scope of 3rd-level support

After successful onboarding: assumption of the deputy team lead role for our global HR IT team
YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

Several years of professional experience in project management with a strong focus on IT and HR

In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central; additional modules are an advantage

Strong understanding of the value chain combined with solid business and economic expertise

Fluent German and English skills (both written and spoken) with excellent communication abilities
