In our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as
TASKS WITH IMPACT
As part of our Performance Marketing Team, you will drive creative and data-based campaigns to increase visibility and boost sales across our DOUGLAS markets. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to create impactful and brand-consistent advertising.
- Create, manage, and optimize Performance Display & Branding campaigns to boost brand awareness, sales and efficiency
- Suggest improvements on campaign setups, audiences, ad copies and product feeds to increase click-through and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate and apply the most effective campaign strategies
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, supporting data-driven decisions for improved ROI
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Retail Media, CRM, Design, Data & MarTech to develop cohesive campaigns
- Stay up to date with industry trends and enhance your skills through continuous learning
YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
- University degree in marketing, e-commerce or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in Display or Social Advertising, ideally in a programmatic environment
- Initial experience in media planning and the setup and management of programmatic and social ad campaigns
- Basic understanding of key performance and branding metrics
- Data-driven mindset and a passion for digital performance marketing
- Collaborative spirit, proactive work style and strong communication skills
- Fluent English skills complete your profile
