TASKS WITH IMPACT
The Corporate EHS Team ensures that all legal requirements regarding occupational safety, health protection, and sustainability are not only met but actively advanced at DOUGLAS. For our locations in the DACH region, we are looking for a committed individual who is passionate about creating a safe and health-conscious working environment.
- You ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations across the DACH region

You support risk assessments and occupational health inspections and derive appropriate actions

You serve as the main point of contact for statutory accident insurance institutions and authorities concerning occupational safety

You follow up on action items from inspections and coordinate their implementation

You design and conduct regular training sessions and seminars on EHS topics

You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable improvements in workplace safety
YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

You have completed training as a safety specialist or possess an equivalent qualification

Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in the EHS field – preferably in retail or an international environment

You have experience dealing with regulatory bodies and accident insurance institutions

You demonstrate a structured, solution-focused way of working and engage proactively with stakeholders
-
You are willing to travel within the DACH region (approx. 30–40%) – a company car will be provided
-
You are fluent in German and English
