What to expect?
•Assistance in the operation and steering of retail systems of 28 markets in the Region Central and Eastern Europe
•Self-dependent handling of own projects within the internship period.
•Support in managing different Retail IT topics in cooperation with all internal departments and markets
•Assistance in Corporate IT topics as user management, support, office infrastructure
•Preparing meetings, documents and support the creation of new processes
•Assistance in network development topics and master data management
•Interdisciplinary collaboration with all departments as well as other subsidiaries and the headquarters
•6 months contract: starting date March 2026
What sets you apart?
•Qualifications and professional experience
•Studies in informatics, business informatics, business administration or comparable studies
•Ideally first practical experience in technical support and/or project management and/or system administration
•Technical Skills:
•Proficiency with MS Office.
•Soft Skills:
•Talent in organization and flexible to work independently
•Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across markets and teams.
•Additional Skills:
•Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus (German, Czech, Russian….)
•Intercultural understanding
