Tasks
• Responsible to serve as a Head of Region for PCEE to ensure comprehensive importer steering to reach targets in assigned importer markets. • Serves as the primary contact between PCEE and the Importer in all Sales, After Sales, Marketing/PR and Business Development related issues and targets, assuming responsibility for market performance in all business relevant aspects. • Ensures that Importers and their assigned dealers comply with all business and contractual standards as published by Porsche AG and PCEE. • Be a representative of the Porsche Brand in all customer/prospect contacts and relations. • Manages special requirements, escalations and solution findings between all relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Min. 10 years of professional automotive experience in an international environment. • Experience in retail-/wholesale level or similar organizations. • Porsche background ideal or at least automotive background. • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and German, Turkish language skills are considered an advantage. • Very good understanding of automotive business KPI and project management skills. • Excellent intercultural/interpersonal skills. • Excellent presentation skills and techniques. • Excellent communication and target negotiation skills including an appropriate level of assertiveness. • Self-motivator who can work independently of supervision. • Willingness to extensive travelling within the PCEE markets.
