Manager Operations for ServiceNow (all genders)

Aufgaben

ServiceNow operations are a core part of MHP’s digital ecosystem. We shape innovative solutions and continuously develop our ServiceNow platform to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. In your role, you will actively contribute to the success and technical implementation of ServiceNow operations and projects. You will also be supported through professional training and enablement in both methodology and technology.

The following tasks await you:

  • Further development and optimization of the implemented ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM) as part of lifecycle management.
  • Implementation of incident, problem, and change management according to the ITIL framework.
  • Setup, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow workflows, automations, and integrations.
  • Management of operational performance, reporting, and service levels (SLAs, OLAs, KPIs).
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality delivery, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

Anforderungen

In order to be prepared for your path as a ServiceNow Operations Manager, you have the following qualifications in your luggage:
