Since 2010, we are passionately building visibility and value for art that draws awareness to relevant topics of our society on an international level. Galerie Tanja Wagner, represents artists with global perspectives and diverse backgrounds who challenge dated narratives and structures and call in new visions and sensibilities.
Our artists have gained critical acclaim, including participation in prestigious exhibitions and biennales as well as acquisitions by distinguished public, corporate and private collections. We are particularly dedicated to contextualize the exhibitions by organizing additional programming and artists talks, performances as well as thematic group exhibitions, while actively working on an inclusive and gender-balanced art market.
We are a small and open team looking for an amazing person to support us in our mission!
Internship: 21hrs a week for three months. Starting September 04, 2025 until December 4, 2025. The internship is unpaid and is recommended for students in the fields of art and media who are required to complete a mandatory internship as part of their studies.
Areas of responsibility:
- Support us in achieving the gallery’s overall vision
- Support the organization of our exhibitions and art fairs
- Assistance in updating and maintaining digital content (website, social media)
- Maintenance of the gallery space, our archive and data base
- Research assistance
- Care for visitors and artists
We are looking for someone that:
- Has a love for art and people
- Is eager to learn
- Is able to work independently, take initiative and be resourceful for the team
- Is Fluent in German / English written and spoken (absolute must!)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus
