This role is designed for an expert who can independently lead and execute critical on-site operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Applying expert knowledge in the assembly, installation, and testing of Power Transformers and Reactors
- Providing advanced technical support and supervision (international standards)
- Acting as the primary on-site technical representative, leading end-to-end installation and testing processes
- Coordinating with diverse installation/testing teams for timely and efficient project completion
- independently troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in challenging environments; maintaining meticulous documentation and preparing comprehensive reports
- Ensuring strict compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental guidelines (EHS).

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Transformer Installation/Testing Supervisor, with a proven track record in high-voltage equipment. Certifications from a transformer manufacturer are a strong asset.

Core Expertise: Expert-level knowledge in site assembly und testing for Power Transformers .

Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure. A strong customer-focused approach and demonstrated intercultural experience are key.
