Tasks
- Operative management of PCEE regional press events: budget control, event setup, vehicles, coordination of event team and participation management
- Facilitate and coordinate press interviews between Porsche representatives and relevant media
- Support PCEE importers with organizing local press events - vehicles, guidelines, standards.
- Monitoring media output generated from press activities by examining press coverage in the markets and analyzing media monitoring reports of PCEE markets.
- Daily communication with PCEE importers and assistance with press inquiries.
- Coordination of daily PR tasks: support the Head of Public Relations in medium-term project planning, create presentations as necessary and coordinate activities between PAG headquarter and PCEE markets
- Steering, training, and supervision of intern support
- Editorial creation, coordination, and review of content in for internal communication platforms.
- Purchasing and tendering procedures for suppliers (event agencies. Monitoring agencies).
. Cooperate with the Head of PR and Porsche AG to support development, submission, and approval of a yearly PCEE regional PR Plan.
- Coordinate realization of planned activities, trainings, and conferences.
Qualifications
- University degree in communications, journalism, or business management.
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in the fields of press relations, communications, or event management, ideally in the automotive industry
- Fluency in written and spoken English and ideally German.
- Excellent communication, conceptual and organizational skills.
- High level of intercultural competence.
- Ability to work in groups, as well as independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and graphic design programs
- Working experiences abroad or in an international environment
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Good understanding of Porsche brand, culture, leadership principles, values and strategy
- Problem solving oriented and result driven.
